Important Information:
Driver Requirements: To hire a van, drivers must be over the age of 23 and under 75 years of age and have held a full, clean UK license for a minimum of 2 years.
Return Policy: The vehicle must be returned before 8 AM the day after the last rental day. Failure to do so will result in a charge for an additional rental day.
Pricing: All prices include VAT. Customers are required to obtain insurance by signing up for “Cuvva” or another similar temporary insurance provider, which must include breakdown cover. Rentals of 7 days or more offer unlimited mileage or a limit of up to 1,000 miles per month. Breakdown cover in the UK is also the customer’s responsibility and should be provided by Cuvva or another insurance provider.
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of £300 will be taken upon collection of the vehicle via a payment link. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe and undamaged return of the vehicle (typically within 5 to 7 business days, often quicker).

Monday – Friday 8.00am to 12.00pm
Saturday – Sunday 8.00am to 12:00pm
For collections or returns outside of our standard business hours, please contact us by phone or email to make a special arrangement.
When a parking or traffic violation occurs, penalty notices are sent directly to us as the registered keeper of the vehicle. This happens when the driver is not identified at the scene of the offense. Upon receiving a notice from the authorities, we will identify the hirer responsible for the vehicle at that time and transfer the fine. Please be aware that for handling this process, our company charges a separate administration fee in addition to the fine itself.
