Important Rental Information:
Rental Agreement: A separate rental contract will be sent to you prior to your departure and must be signed before collection.
Driver Requirements: Drivers must be aged 23 to 75 and have held a full, clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
What’s Included: All prices include VAT, insurance (with excess), unlimited mileage, and UK breakdown cover (excluding customer fault).
Security Deposit: A refundable £500 deposit is taken via a secure payment link upon collection. This is refunded within 5 to 7 business days upon the safe, undamaged return of the vehicle.
Collection & Returns:
Collection: Available daily from 8:00 AM onwards (earlier times subject to availability).
Returns: You can return the vehicle at any time using our secure key drop process, but it must be returned by 7:00 AM on the day following your rental period to avoid an extra day’s charge. Special out-of-hours arrangements can be made by contacting us.
Parking & Traffic Violations: Any parking or traffic fines received will be processed using your deposit and payment details. A separate administration fee of £35 + VAT applies to handle this process.
